Mother’s Day is not just a day to  connect with your mothers and celebrate with her, it is a day when you express your gratitude for all her sacrifices and recognize the impact she’s had on your life.

Being a mother is perhaps the most rewarding and ‘sometimes’ challenging job in this world. This year, we are celebrating motherhood the entire month of May, through a Writing Contest.

AMM invites you all (AMM Members & Non-members) to write on the occasion of Mother’s Day. You can write in the following categories –
Short stories – word limit is 2000 words

1. Poetry – no word limit
2. Letter to your mother – word limit is 2000 words
3. Flash Fiction – word limit is 100 words
4. Essays – word limit is 2000 words

Rules:

• Age Categories : 
  • Ages 6 through 10
  • Ages 11 through 17
  • Ages 18+

• Write-ups must be your own original work, can be in Marathi, Hindi or English.

• Send your write-up as a Word Document ONLY, to this address – [email protected] with information like Name, Age, & Email address.
  
• Deadline to submit your write-ups is May 30, 2023 by 10 PM
  
• Selected write-ups will be published in AMM's upcoming Snehadeep 2023 edition.
