We invite you to come and experience a show that explores all aspects of a theatrical performance. Austin Marathi Mandal is proud to raise the curtain on its newest presentation - Khel Mandala!
ढोलकीच्या तालावर
Dholkichya Talawar is a mystical folk experience, showcasing the artistic elements of a traditional Lavani, proudly resurrected by about 25 local Austin Artists.
The program aims to create a social awareness about the magnanimity of this dying "लोककला", that goes beyond just fast paced beats of the Dholki.
Day 1 - August 15
9.00 am - Registration starts (wrist bands will be issued)
9.40 am - Deep prajwalan by chief guest Shri. Sudhir Gadgil followed by interactive session with past AMM presidents to uncover AMM silver Jubilee Journey
11.00 am -  इतिहास- एका नृत्य घराण्याचा
12 noon - Lunch and mingling time
1.45 pm - रसिका तुझ्याचसाठी
3.45 pm - ढोलकीच्या तालावर
5.00 pm - Tea, early dinner / heavy snacks and mingling time
6.30 pm -  कहानी मे ट्विस्ट (KMT)
9.00 pm - KMT over. End of day 1.

A melodious presentation by 22 kid artists of Austin using classical dance forms.
The year is 1815. Tasked with finding Hindusthan’s Nritya Samraadnyee who would perform on the world stage, Rao Appasaaheb Patwardhan of Sangali Sansthaan takes an unexpected journey.

AMM's music enthusiasts bring a live music bonanza - Rasika Tuzyachsathi. An orchestra presented by AMM's very own members with their song requests, intriguing stories and fond memories!
Get ready to embark upon, one of a kind, musical, nostalgic journey that's planned, only for you - Rasika Tuzyachsathi!
